Organizational Psychologist (OR Occupational Psychologist?) and graphologist. She has been collaborating with Elidea since its inception in 2006.
Her passion is focused on researching stress (positive eustress and debilitating distress) and creating strategies combatting the negative effects of distress and preserving and increasing eustress.
She is a highly skilled and dedicated expert in assessing and training soft skills on a one-on-one basis or in group settings. With colleagues of the Elidea team, she developed the EaSY Soft Skills Model for NGO volunteers that defines and evaluates soft skills developed during an experience in a foreign culture. At present, she is working on the European Project SKILLS ACT 4 VET for high school students.
Debora has extensive experience in HR processes such as assisting in the recruiting process by defining soft skill profiles for applicants as well as selecting and assessing candidates for executive positions. She also offers management training in soft skills e.g. conflict management, effective communication, team working, time management, CRM.
As for safety in the workplace, Debora has developed a comprehensive set of questionnaires to evaluate the psychological risks of work-related stress and burn-out to support companies in the optimization of their work processes. She also provides intensive training in work safety using e.g. the Swiss Cheese Model.
Debora acts also as a Lecturer for post-graduate students in a variety of programs related to HR, Management, and Marketing at John Cabot University and others.
In her free time, she is a dedicated mother of two daughters and a lover of the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle.
