Evaluate Soft skills in International Youth volunteering

Recognizing Soft Skills developed in formal and non-formal experiences (i.e. Volunteering, Civil Service, etc) is a trend topic in Europe.

European Union have funded several projects about this topic through  the Erasmus Plus program.
The funded projects concern innovative models of skill assessment for young people involved in non-formal activities. The aim of those initiatives is facilitating job-placement of young people.

The Project “EaSY-Evaluate Soft Skills in International Youth volunteeringis one of the projects funded where Elidea-Psicologi Associati is the Scientific Partner since January 2017.

The Project is a partnership with the NGO’s Focsiv (ITA), La Guilde – Europeenne du Raid (FR), FEC (PT).

The aim of the project is creating and disseminating the EaSY Model which is a Model of skills assessment for International Volunteering (for a duration of 3/12 months).
